The CV Brake Linings Automatic Pressing System combines automated material weighing and feeding modules with an automatic pick-and-place robot, forming a complete fully automated pressing line specifically for brake lining manufacturing.
Developed by Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Equipment, this system optimizes the entire production process, greatly improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs to a significant extent.
It achieves seamless coordination between material preparation, pressing operations and finished product handling, guaranteeing uninterrupted and stable mass production for brake lining manufacturers.
High-Precision Material Weighing & Feeding
The weighing accuracy reaches ≤2.5g per 100g of material, which fully meets the strict weight control requirements for brake lining raw materials in the automotive industry.
The weighing range is adjustable from 1000g to 1500g, making it compatible with most standard CV brake lining specifications available in the market.
With a weighing speed of 2 cycles every 50 seconds, the system strikes an optimal balance between weighing precision and material supply efficiency, perfectly matching the overall production rhythm.
Optimized Cycle Time & Axis Performance
The total cycle time of the system is optimized to 70 seconds, covering the entire pressing workflow from material feeding to finished product picking without any unnecessary delays.
The X-Axis is configured with a 3000mm stroke and a moving speed of 20m/min, with both positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy controlled at 0.2mm to ensure precise transfer of materials and finished products.
Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Equipment equips the system with dual Z-Axes (Z1 & Z2) to enhance operational flexibility, each featuring a 1200mm stroke and 10m/min moving speed to adapt to different pressing scenarios and production demands.
Precision Control for Consistent Product Quality
Both Z1-Axis and Z2-Axis achieve positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring consistent pressing pressure and stable dimensional accuracy of finished brake linings.
