Two cylinder layout options are available: 8-cylinder and 4-cylinder, tailored to match the size, specification, and molding pressure requirements of different brake pads.
The optimized cylinder structure ensures uniform pressure distribution, which is critical to maintaining consistent density and molding effect of brake pad workpieces during hot pressing.
All cylinder configurations integrate smoothly with subsequent mold and control systems, eliminating the need for additional structural modifications when adjusting production lines.
Mold Structure Options to Boost Production Efficiency
Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Equipment provides two mold structure designs—mold stationary and mold shift—both fully compatible with its entire series of Brake Pads Hot Press Machines.
The mold stationary structure features a fixed position, offering high stability during hot pressing and being ideal for mass production of standard-specification brake pads.
The mold shift structure allows linear forward and backward movement of the mold, facilitating manual or automated feeding and demolding to enhance non-pressing process efficiency.
Both structures can be equipped with a fully automatic weighing and pressing integrated system, realizing precise raw material batching and automatic pressing to reduce manual operation errors.
