Feeder Trolley: Core Connecting Component
Serving as the key link between production processes, the feeder trolley integrates multiple functions to enhance continuity and stability:
- Accurately transports friction material trays to designated stations for material retrieval
- Performs flattening treatment on friction mixtures to ensure uniform distribution in trays
- Completes under-layer mixture pre-pressing, laying a foundation for high hot pressing quality
Travelling Rack Automatic Manipulator
As the intelligent executive core of the automatic production line, it realizes full-process automation without manual intervention.
Its main functions include:
- Stably and accurately grabs and transfers material trays between feeder trolleys and hot pressers
- Controls high-precision discharging of friction mixtures into molds, avoiding material waste and mold damage
- Efficiently grabs finished brake pads post-pressing and transfers them to the next station
- Cleans molds in situ after pressing and returns empty trays to the initial position for recycling
Hot Presser Module: Flexible Configuration for Diversified Needs
The hot presser module features flexible configuration to adapt to different hot pressing requirements of various brake pad formulas:
- Fewer hot pressers for formulas with short pressing time, avoiding idling and reducing energy consumption
- Up to 6 hot pressers for formulas requiring long pressing time, maximizing production efficiency and throughput
- Customizable presser tonnage and mold cavities based on specific brake pad models and formula pressure requirements
